"BLM offers property owners fuels reduction permits" Posted: 05/15/2008 "BLM offers property owners fuels reduction permits" (BLM-California news release, 5/1/08) Property owners who share boundaries with Bureau of Land Management (BLM)-administered public lands may now apply for permits to clear flammable vegetation from public lands adjacent to their private property.
